MindMotion Announces the High Performance Motor Specific MM32SPIN0280 Series Microcontrollers

Today,MindMotion announces the new high performance motor specific MM32FSPIN0280 seriesmicrocontrollers. These devices are 32-bit microcontrollers based on thehigh-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz,with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports andperipherals. MM32SPIN0280 series microcontrollers are suitable for a wide rangeof application scenarios, including draught fan, pump, e-bike, server fan,ceiling fan, power tool, industrial variable-frequency drive, servo motor,indoor air-conditioner fan, etc.

MM32SPIN0280Highlight：

- Arm® Cortex®-M0 core,operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz

- Up to 128KB Flash and 8KB SRAM

- Include two 12-bit ADCs, with sampling speed up to 3Msps

- Five general-purpose timers and two PWM advanced timers formotor control

- One I2C interface, two SPI interfaces, three UART interfaces

- Embed four operation amplifiers and five comparators formotor applications

- Working voltage: 2.0V~5.5V

- Working temperature range (ambient temperature): -40℃ to +105℃

- Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the designof low-power applications

- Provide five package types: LQFP32, LQFP44, LQFP48, QFN48 andLQFP64
