Introduction to TCL Industry

Founded in 1981, TCL began as one of China’s first 13 joint ventures, TTK Home Appliances Co., initially engaged in the production of magnetic tapes. Over time, TCL has expanded its business scope to include smart terminal products and new energy photovoltaics.

Thunderbird glasses led the domestic consumer AR glasses online market. TCL mobile routers ranked top three globally, air conditioners ranked fourth, smart Android tablets sixth, and refrigerators and washing machines continued steady growth. In 2022, TCL seized new energy transition opportunities, leveraging brand and supply chain advantages to enter the distributed photovoltaic field, creating a new growth curve for innovative business. By 2023, their photovoltaic business covered 20 key provinces and cities in China, with over 70 new commercial projects signed within the year, more than 500 new distribution channels, and over 40,000 farmer households signed up cumulatively.

Introduction to MindMotion

Shanghai MindMotion Microelectronics Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is a domestic supplier of general-purpose 32-bit MCU products and solutions in China. MindMotion's MCU products, branded as MM32, are based on the Arm Cortex-M series core, with independently developed software, hardware, and ecosystem. The company has mass-produced nearly 300 models, with a cumulative delivery of over 500 million units, ranking among the top in domestic general-purpose 32-bit MCU companies.
