This device is a high-performance motor-control microcontroller from MindMotion’s MindSPIN product line, based on the high-performance 32-bit Arm® Cortex-M0+, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz, with a built-in 32-bit hardware divider and hardware square root unit.

- 128KB Flash with ECC support and 8KB SRAM<br/><br/>For motor applications, it integrates:

- Two 12-bit ADCs with up to 17 channels and a sampling rate of 1Msps at 3.3V or 2Msps at 5V

- One advanced PWM timer for motor control and four general-purpose timers

- Two rail-to-rail analog comparators

- Four OPA/PGA modules with a maximum gain of 32<br/><br/>One I2C interface and three USART interfaces

- Working voltage: 2.5V to 5.5V

- Working temperature range (ambient temperature): -40℃ to +105℃

- Provide LQFP32, LQFP44 and LQFP48 package types
