Product Description

This device is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0 core, operating at a frequency of up to 72MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals.

- 64KB Flash, 8KB SRAM

- One 12-bit ADC and one comparator

- One 16-bit general-purpose timer, one 32-bit general-purpose timer, three 16-bit basic timers and one 16-bit advanced timer

- Three UART interfaces, two SPI interfaces and one I2C interface

- One FlexCAN interface

- Working voltage: 2.0V~5.5V

- High reliability: support up to ±6000V HBM ESD，±2000V CDM ESD and ±300mA withstanding current for high-temperature latch-up

- Operating temperature range (ambient temperature) -40°C - 125°C automotive grade (suffix is M)

- 125°C automotive grade is available for AEC-Q100 Grade1 certification

- Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the design of low-power applications

- Pin-to-pin compatible with MM32F031

- Provide four package types: LQFP48, LQFP32, QFN32 and TSSOP20
