Product Description

This device is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0+ core, operating at a frequency of up to 48MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals.

- 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM

- Embed segmented LCD driver SLCD which is able to drive 8x36 or 4x40 segments, and charge pump which can keep the LCD screen clear when the voltage drops. Support COM and SEG pin remapping with flexible adjustment of duty cycle, bias voltage, frame rate and contrast
- Three UART interfaces (including one LPUART interface), two SPI interfaces, two I2S interfaces and one I2C interface

- One infrared signal modulation module IRM supports ASK, PSK or FSK modulation

- Five channel DMA

- Five 16-bit timers

- Hardware calendar RTC

- One 12-bit SAR ADC with 15 external channels, whose conversion rate up to 1MSPS

- One low-power comparator
- Working voltage: 1.8V~ 5.5V
- Supported temperature range: -40℃~85℃
- Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the design of low-power applications

- Power consumption can be lowered to 300nA in the Standby mode

- Power consumption can be lowered to 100nA in the Shutdown mode

- Provide LQFP64 and LQFP48 package types
