MM32F Mainstream
The new MM32F series is a general-purpose and high-performance MCU platform of the new MM32 series launched by MindMotion Microelectronics Co., Ltd. The new MM32F is pin-to-pin compatible with the classic MM32F, with significant improvement seen in its system performance, function flexibility, reliability and stability. Equipped with Arm® Cortex-M0 core, Cortext-M3 core or Cortex-M33/STAR-MC1 core, the new MM32F series supports 16KB~2.25MB Flash memory range, provides 8-pin~144-pin package options, and is widely applied to consumer, industrial and automotive applications.
- For the Value Line products, we have increased the number of available GPIO and the storage capacity ratio of 72MHz M0 products to support stronger computing and processing capabilities.
- For the Mainstream Line products, we have increased the number of USB, SDIO, I2S and FSMC extended bus interfaces, improved the scalability of the system, enhanced the performance of analog peripherals and embedded more ADC channels and DACs.
- For the Performance Line products, we have extended the RAM capacity and integrated the Ethernet, the extended interfaces of dual CAN bus and QSPI memory as well as ADC with 3Msps sampling rate.
