Product Description
MM32F5270 is the MCU equipped with Arm China CM33/STAR-MC1 core. It operates at a frequency of up to 180MHz, embeds 128KB Flash and 32KB RAM, equips with algorithm acceleration units such as Floating Point Unit (FPU), Digital Signal Processing (DSP), signal-to-signal interconnected matrix MindSwitch, Configurable Logic Unit (CLU) and trigonometric function acceleration unit (CORDIC) and integrates with rich peripheral modules and I/O ports. Compared with the existing products, MM32G5330 is designed to be used in a wide range of industrial, automotive and IoT applications with improved performance, memory capacity, bus architecture and peripheral configuration.
- 180MHz CM33/STAR-MC1 processor embeds with FPU and supports DSP extension
- 128KB Flash, 32KB SRAM and integrates with rich I/O ports and peripheral modules
- 4KB L1 instruction cache（I-Cache）and 4KB L1 data cache（D-Cache）
- Four UART, one UASRT and one LPUART
- One USB 2.0 of internal PHY
- One FlexCAN-FD interface
- Two I2C, one I3C slave, and three SPI or I2S
- Two 3MSPS 12-bit ADC and one 12-bit DAC
- Two 16-bit Adv. Timer, six GP Timer and one LP Timer
- Operating voltage: 1.8V ~ 5.5V
- Operating temperature range: -40℃ ∼ +105℃
- Package type: LQFP48, QFN48, QFN32
