Product Description

This device is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0+ core, operating at a frequency of up to 48MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals.

- 32KB Flash and 2KB SRAM
- Two UART interfaces (including one LPUART interface), one I2C interface and one SPI interface

- Four 16-bit timers

- One 12-bit SAR ADC with eight external channels whose conversion rate up to 1MSPS

- Two operational amplifiers

- One low-power comparator
- Working voltage: 1.8V~5.5V
- Supported temperature range: -40℃~85℃
- Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the design of low-power applications

- Provide TSSOP20 and QFN20 package types


It is suitable for a wide range of applications:
- Portable medical device

- Battery supervision

- Signal sampling

- Firefighting on-site equipment
