Product Description
MM32SPIN060G is a high-performance single motor control SOC product under the dynamic MindSPIN brand. It adopts Cortex-M0 core and integrates dedicated analog peripherals required for motion control, including a 12-bit high-precision ADC, 2 channels of analog comparators (COMP), 2 channels of operational amplifiers (OPAMP), and a three-phase N-channel gate driver. It is also equipped with dedicated resources such as MC-TIM, hardware divider (HW-Div), DMA controller, as well as 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, and 11 GPIOs as basic resources.
- Storage and computation resources: 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, maximum frequency of 60MHz
- 7 timer resources: 1 advanced 16-bit timer, 1 32-bit general-purpose timer, 3 basic timers, 1 12-bit IWDG, 1 24-bit SysTick
- Supports 2-channel DMA
- Hardware divider (HW-Div)
- 1 channel 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), supports 7 channels, sampling rate of 1Msps
- 2 channels of analog comparators (COMP), 2 channels of rail-to-rail operational amplifiers (OPAMP)
- Three-phase N-channel gate driver
- Supports UART/SPI communication
- Internal LDO supports operating range of 5.5~18V
- Pre-drive operating voltage up to 100V
- Supports four-wire burning function
- Operating environment temperature -40°C~105°C
- Available in QFN32 4mmx4mm package
