Product Description

The MM32WB0510 series MCU integrates a 2.4GHz transceiver, which supports BLE 5.1 low-power Bluetooth specifications and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols. It provides complete development boards, underlying drivers, and wireless communication routines for developers to reference.


MM32WB0510 has the following features:

- Arm® Cortex-M3 core, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz

- 128KB Flash, 16KB SRAM

- One 12-bit ADC, two comparator

- One 16-bit advanced timer, one 16-bit and 32-bit general-purpose timer, three 16-bit basic timers and one low power timer

- One I2C interface, one I3C slave interface, two SPI or I2S interfaces, four UART interfaces and one low power UART interface

- One USB interface

- One FlexCAN interface

- Working voltage: 2.0V ∼ 3.6V

- Working temperature range (ambient temperature): -40℃ to +85℃ industrial grade

- Provide four package types: LQFP64, LQFP48 and QFN32


It is suitable for a wide range of applications:

- Keyboard (Bluetooth/2.4GHz/USB)

- Mouse (Bluetooth/2.4GHz/USB)

- Automotive OBU

- BLE smart home

- Smart door lock

- Power electronics
